Hello Windsor Middle School Families, 

Join us for New Student Orientation on Tuesday, August 5th at 10:00 AM in the amphitheater outside the MPR. This event is for all incoming 6th graders and students new to Windsor Middle School, regardless of grade level.

Orientation Schedule:

• 10:00 AM – Schedule distribution for 6th grade and new students (outside the MPR)
• 10:15 AM – Welcome presentations by Principal Angela West and Assistant Principal Sarah Bryant (inside the MPR), followed by a Q&A
• During Orientation – Yearbook and sports info tables, plus fun swag available for purchase. 
• WMS Boosters will have a booth with a fun treat! 

Note: You do not need to bring any printed documents to receive a schedule—just ensure you’ve completed the Data Confirmation/Update in Aeries.

Returning 7th & 8th Grade Students:

Schedules will be available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM outside the MPR. We will not distribute returning student schedules earlier than this time.

Need Help with Aeries?

If you're new and don’t yet have access to the Aeries Student/Parent Portal, staff will be available in the Library starting at 9:30 AM to help. Please bring a working email address and expect some wait time.
Alternatively, you can visit the school starting Monday, August 4th for assistance.

Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for parent volunteers to help from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM during orientation. Tasks may include schedule distribution, welcoming families, and general support.

Can’t Make It on August 5th?

No problem—the office will be open daily from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM afterward for schedule pick-up.
